Soup Dumplings

  • 8-10 pieces Frozen Soup Dumplings depending on size of the pan
  • 1 tablespoon Neutral oil
  • 1 tablespoon Thai red curry paste
  • 1 cup Chicken stock or vegetable stock
  • cup Coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon Fish sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 2 pieces Kaffir lime leaves
  • Thai basil leaves to taste

Cooking Instructions

  • In a pot, heat 1 tablespoon of oil over medium high heat. Add red curry paste and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
  • Add chicken stock and cook until the curry paste dissolves.
  • Add coconut milk, fish sauce, sugar, and kaffir lime leaves. Stir until combined and bring the sauce to a simmer.
  • Add frozen soup dumplings to the sauce. Cover the pot with a lid and cook for about 12 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through. Remove the lid and turn off the heat.
  • Toss in Thai basil leaves. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to adjust the level of spiciness by modifying the amount of Thai red curry paste used.
