Ingredients
  

Seafood

  • 4 pieces Salmon 4-6 ounce pieces

Filling

  • 1 cup Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 cup Fresh Spinach chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic mashed
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese freshly grated
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Black Pepper

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Cut slits or pockets about ¾ of the way through the salmon.
  • Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, parmesan cheese, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Stuff the filling into the salmon.
  • Mix paprika, garlic powder, and cumin in a small bowl.
  • Rub the spice mixture on top of salmon.
  • Grease a skillet and place the salmon in it.
  • Broil in the oven for 13 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and serve.
