Ingredients
  

Meat and Dairy

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • ½ small onion, chopped
  • 6 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

Canned Goods

  • 2 10oz cans Rotel
  • 2.5 cups beef broth

Spices

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 packet taco seasoning or homemade taco seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Brown ground beef and onions together, then drain.
  • In a large saucepan, add ground beef and softened cream cheese on low/medium heat. Stir together to mix well before adding any other ingredients.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer on low for 30 minutes.
