- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
- ⅔ cup milk
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cups apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- 1 cup cinnamon-sugar
