- 1 tablespoon whole milk
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or vanilla syrup)

Chai Tea Latte
- ½ cup milk of choice I used 2%.
- ½ cup chai tea concentrate See homemade recipe.
Preparation
Add all the pumpkin foam ingredients to a mason jar or glass. Use a milk frother, froth until whipped and well-combined (about 10-20 seconds). Set aside.
Add ice to a glass, then top with the ½ cup milk of choice and ½ cup chai tea concentrate.
Top the iced chai with the pumpkin foam, then drink up!
