Ingredients
  

Pumpkin Cold Foam

  • 2 tablespoon heavy whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon whole milk
  • 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup (or vanilla syrup)

Chai Tea Latte

  • ½ cup milk of choice I used 2%.
  • ½ cup chai tea concentrate See homemade recipe.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • Add all the pumpkin foam ingredients to a mason jar or glass. Use a milk frother, froth until whipped and well-combined (about 10-20 seconds). Set aside.
  • Add ice to a glass, then top with the ½ cup milk of choice and ½ cup chai tea concentrate.
  • Top the iced chai with the pumpkin foam, then drink up!
