To prep grilled teriyaki chicken: Pound out boneless chicken breasts to even thickness, place in a bag or sealed container and fill with a bottle of P.F. Chang’s® Teriyaki Sauce. Refrigerate for at least an hour up to overnight. When ready, pre-heat gas grill on high with cover closed for about 10-15 minutes. Turn the heat down to medium high, place the chicken breasts on direct heat and close the cover. Flip after about 6-7 minutes. Close again and cook for another 6-7 minutes. Remove from the grill once the internal temperature is 165°F. Store cooked chicken in sealed container in refrigerator for 3-4 days.
