Ingredients
  

  • 4 fillets halibut 6 oz each
  • ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Mix parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic, melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  • Place halibut fillets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • Press the parmesan mixture onto the top of each fillet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes until the fish flakes easily.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use fresh halibut for best results. Adjust baking time based on fillet thickness. Pair with roasted vegetables or a fresh salad.
