Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet, brown beef over medium heat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Drain grease.
  • Heat oven to the temperature on the pizza dough package.
  • Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle cheddar evenly.
  • Spread beef over cheddar, leaving a border. Add mozzarella on top.
  • Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing edges.
  • Melt butter and brush generously over the rolled dough.
  • Place on a sheet and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
  • Cut into portions and serve hot.
