Equipment

  • 6 cup muffin tin
  • Cupcake liners
  • small bowl
  • spoon

Ingredients

  • 12 ounces yogurt or Greek yogurt, flavor of your choice
  • 1 cup granola, store-bought or homemade
  • 3 teaspoons honey
  • Fresh fruit of your choice, like diced strawberries or raspberries

Instructions

  • Line a 6 cup muffin tin with cupcake liners. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl combine the honey and granola and stir until the granola is coated by the honey.
  • Spoon the granola into the cupcake liners using the spoon or your finger to press down the granola to form a crust for the yogurt.
  • Divide the yogurt evenly over the granola. Add chopped fresh fruit of your choice.
  • Put the muffin tin in the freeze for 5-6 hours, or overnight. When you are ready to eat the frozen yogurt bites remove from the freezer and let sit on the counter for 15 minutes to help them thaw slightly. Enjoy!

Notes

Feel free to use any flavor yogurt you would like along with any fresh fruit to go with it. It’s suggested to use cupcake liners for easier removal from the muffin tin.
