Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup organic all-purpose flour gluten free or regular
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch sea salt

Optional Ingredients

  • 1 egg or egg whites for egg wash
  • seasonings of choice sea salt, everything bagel seasoning, cinnamon, etc.

Instructions
 

Preparation

  • In a large bowl, add all ingredients and mix well. Form dough into a ball.
  • Place dough ball on a clean surface and slice into 4 equal parts.
  • Roll each part into a ball and place on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Slightly flatten each dough ball and form a hole in the center of each.
  • Brush egg whites (or 1 whole egg whisked) onto each bagel.
  • Bake for 30-35 min. or until the bagels are slightly golden.
  • Let bagels cool at least 15 min. before slicing open.
  • Add toppings of choice and enjoy!

Notes

For best results, use high-protein yogurt and enjoy fresh toppings.
