Ingredients
  

  • 1 inch fresh ginger peeled and grated
  • 1 bag fresh cranberries 12 oz. (340g)
  • 2 tablespoon brown sugar packed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • teaspoon salt

Instructions
 

  • Zest one orange. Cut both oranges using the suprême technique by removing the ends, peeling away the skin and pith, and popping out the juicy pulp.
  • Add the orange segments, grated ginger, fresh cranberries, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt to food processor.
  • Pulse ingredients until a relish-consistency forms.
  • Let the cranberry relish sit in an airtight container for up to 24 hours to meld flavors, then enjoy chilled.

Notes

This relish is perfect for holiday meals and can be made ahead of time for convenience.
