  • ¼ cup pizza sauce any kind
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ ounce sliced pepperoni

Preparation Steps

  • Preheat the oven to 425℉.
  • Place the cottage cheese, pizza sauce, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and mix to combine. Transfer to an oven-safe single-serve container.
  • Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sliced pepperoni.
  • Bake at 425℉ for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes before eating.

Notes

¼ cup of vegetables can be added to this recipe in step 2. Marinara sauce can be used in place of pizza sauce.
