Instructions
Preheat oven and line a baking sheet.
Arrange saltine crackers in a single layer on the baking sheet.
Melt butter and brown sugar in a saucepan, stirring until boiling.
Pour toffee mixture over crackers and bake for 5-7 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot toffee.
Combine granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the chocolate.
Finish with a light sprinkle of sea salt.
Allow to cool completely, then break into pieces and enjoy.
