Ingredients
  

Lobster

  • 2 lobsters live lobsters preferably Maine lobster
  • 1 cup unsalted butter cut into pieces
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste

Instructions
 

Cooking Steps

  • Bring water to a boil in a large pot.
  • Add lobsters and boil for 5 minutes.
  • Remove lobsters and place in a bowl filled with ice water.
  • In the same pot, melt the butter over low heat.
  • Add lobsters back to the pot and poach for 5 minutes.
  • Serve with melted butter and lemon wedges.
