Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups black tea, brewed and chilled
  • ½ cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup blackberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2–3 leaves fresh sage
  • 1–2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
  • ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Brew black tea and refrigerate until chilled.
  • In a saucepan, heat milk, blackberries, sage, and sweetener until warm. Do not boil.
  • Strain infused milk to remove solids. Let cool completely.
  • Fill glasses with ice and pour in equal parts tea and infused milk.
  • Stir well and serve cold.

Notes

Use green tea for a lighter version. For a creamier latte, increase the milk to tea ratio. Adjust sweetness to taste.
