  • 12 slices whole-grain baguette ¼ inch thick, lightly toasted

Toppings

  • cup canned whole-berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 ounces Brie cheese cut into 12 pieces
  • snipped fresh chives for garnish (optional)

Cooking Instructions

  • Position rack in upper third of oven; preheat broiler to High.
  • Place baguette slices on a baking sheet. Dollop each with a generous 1 teaspoon cranberry sauce. Top each with 1 piece Brie. Broil until the cheese has melted, 1 to 2 minutes. Sprinkle with chives, if desired.
